Who is responsible for your data. Innovatech Projects, ul. Rafała Wojaczka 17, 51-169 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 895-201-18-60, is the controller of the personal data you share through this website. Contact: contact@innovatechprojects.com.

What we collect and why. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, company, email address, optional phone number and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries). When you book a call, the booking service receives the details you enter there for the same purpose.

Who processes the data for us. The website and the enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. Call bookings are handled by Cal.com. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements; transfers outside the European Economic Area are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it. Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case contract records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) in Warsaw.

Cookies. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you choose a language, two small functional cookies (nf_lang and nf_country) remember your choice for one year. If we add privacy-friendly statistics later, this page will be updated.
