Innovatech Projects is led by Adrian Lungu, a project and programme manager with 15+ years in IT delivery across infrastructure, cybersecurity and automation. Based in Wrocław, Poland, he works with clients across Europe.
His career includes IBM, where he led client projects and multi-country infrastructure services, as well as Akamai, MAHLE and Product Madness. Today he leads IT infrastructure and cybersecurity programmes for a global automotive supplier.
Adrian combines Waterfall, Agile and hybrid approaches, uses AI tools to cut reporting and admin, and works with teams in English, French, Romanian and Polish.
